My opinion about healthy living is simple; brunch munch and crunch. Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin or starving yourself from foods you enjoy. It is all about having the energy to go about your day feeling great inside, improving your heath stats and mood boost. All you need is to provide your body with the essential nutrition it need, fluids and adequate calories.
Just us our bodies need a healthy diet to stay strong and active, our brands need the same type of diet in order to be vibrant and healthy too. Social media is the new fit for brands. It is believed that brands don’t have a choice whether we do social media or not. The factor being how well its done.
The variety in platforms that social media has for brands is just like the variety of food we have for our bodies. In order to have the energy and strength to see us through; we need to give ourselves the right types of food. As so or brands too need the right platforms to propel their message.

Twitter is a bag full of crisps/friend nuts: easy to consume, might be healthy or not, but you can pick pick pick until you feel full but still pick. Having that pop corn vibe coming up? With a little bit of sauce, yes? Hold up! You can’t eat pop corn(with alil bi’ of sauce) or crisps or fried nuts all day err’ day! You need some veges, proteins, carbohydrates and to hydrate!
Yes twitter is for engagement, but whose going to ask you questions all day if you aint saying nothing new! Since you cant snack all day you cant engage all through either; inform! Serve your audience with solutions to their problems, your competitive advantage and industry insight aka vitamins proteins and carbohydrates of your brand. Don’t forget to hydrate them with 8 glasses of creative and funny memes 😉
Know where your business stands. Then know the benefits of every social media to your brand and then determine which to use. This will result into a glowing healthy and vibrant brand. Remember your audience have the menu – be in it. Your brand needs ‘food’ variants to grow healthy – feed it well and right.
